We’re on the hunt for a compassionate Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant with a special place in their heart for the elderly. In our tight-knit community, you’ll play a pivotal role in aiding our senior residents’ physical well-being.

Key Roles:

Engage & Strategize: Build rapport with patients, set achievable goals, and devise care plans.

Therapeutic Touch: Use evidence-based techniques suited for geriatric needs.

Collaborate: Work seamlessly with PTAs or PTs, ensuring treatments and documentation are on point.

Empower: Equip patients and their families with insights on rehabilitation and home practices.

Record Keeping:  Accurately document treatments in a timely manner.

Personal Growth: Stay up to date on required continuing education.

Uphold Standards:  Ensure adherence to our facility’s policies, state regulations, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Physical Therapy. Or graduation from a PTA program.
• Current State License.
• Team spirit and adept communication skills.

Physical Aspects: Expect a mix of standing, walking, and occasional lifting—keeping us all active!
