What we're looking for
We're on the hunt for compassionate therapists with a special place in their heart for the elderly. In our tight-knit community, you'll play a pivotal role in aiding our senior residents in their physical well-being. While we may have key qualifications, we're looking for more than words on a sheet. No one is perfect; however, a can-do mind set and team spirit is all we need to get us to where we want to be. QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO APPLY:
- A degree in the therapy practice you are applying for OR graduation from a COTA/PTA program.
- Current State License.
- Team spirit and adept communication skills.
- Physical Aspects: Expect a mix of standing, walking, and occasional lifting
QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Build rapport with patients, set achievable goals, and devise care plans.

Equip patients and their families with insights on rehabilitation and home practices.
Therapeutic Touch:
Use evidence-based techniques suited for geriatric needs.
Experience with dementia patients is preferred.

Accurately document treatments in a timely manner.
Uphold Standards:
Ensure adherence to our facility’s policies, state regulations, and confidentiality guidelines. Maintains professionalism.

Stay up to date on required continuing education.
Staying up to date on personal license and qualifications is required.
